This service is for customers who already own the shirt, polo, sweatshirt, jacket, bag, tote, hat, or other compatible item they would like embroidered. Items may be dropped off locally or shipped to Tang Studios.

The item itself is not included in the price.

Your embroidery price includes thread, stabilizer, hooping, machine setup, embroidery, trimming, and finishing.

Embroidery Size

Small — Up to 4" | $15
Perfect for left-chest logos, names, initials, monograms, and small designs.

Medium — Up to 6" | $22
Great for larger logos, bag designs, and medium-sized graphics.

Large — Up to 10" | $30
Ideal for larger designs, jacket backs, bags, sweatshirts, and statement embroidery.

Over 10" or High-Stitch Designs | Custom Quote
Large, dense, or highly detailed embroidery may require additional machine time, materials, and preparation. We'll provide a custom quote based on your design.

Customization Options

Text Embroidery
Add a name, company name, initials, monogram, or other custom text in your choice of available thread color.

Basic text embroidery does not require a digitizing fee.

Logo & Custom Design Embroidery
Upload your logo or artwork when placing your order.

A one-time $30 Logo Digitizing Fee applies to new logos or custom artwork that must be converted into an embroidery-ready file. Please add the separate Logo Digitizing Fee item to your cart when submitting a new logo.

Already had this exact logo digitized by Tang Studios? You do not need to purchase digitizing again unless changes are required to the design.

Thread Colors

Multiple standard thread colors may be used within your embroidery design at no additional charge.

Designs requiring an unusually high number of color changes, specialty thread, dense stitching, or extensive machine time may require a custom quote.

Additional Placements

The base price includes one embroidery placement.

Additional embroidery placements start at +$15 per placement, depending on the size and complexity of the additional design.

Examples include:

• Left chest + sleeve

• Front + back

• Name on one side + logo on the other

• Multiple locations on a bag or garment

Customer-Supplied Items

Please provide clean items in new or like-new condition whenever possible.

While every item is handled with care, embroidery permanently punctures the material and not every garment or product is suitable for machine embroidery.

Tang Studios is not responsible for manufacturer defects, pre-existing damage, or damage resulting from a customer-supplied item's material, construction, or condition being unsuitable for embroidery.

If we determine that an item cannot safely be embroidered, we'll contact you before beginning work.

Drop-Off & Shipping

Customer-supplied items may be dropped off locally or shipped to Tang Studios.

Customers are responsible for shipping their items to Tang Studios. Return shipping is not included in the embroidery price and will be charged separately when applicable.

Turnaround Time

Each item is embroidered to order. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production after your item, finalized artwork, and all necessary order information have been received.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
